Co-Creation Partners

Two women high fiving

Co-creation involves key partners that work together to support the use of an evidence-based or evidence-informed program or practice being implemented in local communities. The full range of co-creation partners includes:

  1. Leadership and staff from service delivery agencies
  2. State/local funders and policymakers
  3. Intermediary and purveyor organizations that provide general implementation and project-specific support
  4. Community members, youth and families, and other partners
  5. Researchers and evaluators

By ensuring an array of valuable perspectives, assets, and abilities are at the table, co-creation partners work together to build, organize, and align the necessary supports needed for effective implementation, scaling, and sustainment.
