This organizational readiness assessment measures the core components of 1) a robust workforce development plan and 2) use of implementation processes and best practices to support effective delivery and outcomes. It is tailored for Tailored Plans’ organizational staff and teams who are responsible for providing workforce development activities to providers and partners serving Children with Complex Needs (CWCN).

This assessment provides a practice-based tool for organizational staff and teams to dedicate a deliberate, intentional, and ongoing focus on building readiness for effective workforce development outcomes. This resource serve as more than a point-in-time measurement opportunity, and often results in group thinking for ongoing planning to strengthen the plan and the implementation practices involved.
