This Is hard work…and this is important work!
During the Building Bridges Initiative© (BBI)-Six Core Strategies© implementation support project, partners took time to reflect on and learn from what was happening, both successes and challenges, both the programs and the processes of implementing them. Below please find a set of lessons and connections to parts of this webpage that may be helpful in your implementation journey.
